Think About The Patriot Academy

I don't often blog twice in one day. However, the Patriot Academy certainly worth our time. I spoke at Rick Green's Townhall meeting at the FPEA conference on Thursday evening. I spoke about freedom and what it means to me.

He's a great guy who wants to bring our nation back to Christian values. He is opening a patriot Academy opportunity in Tallahassee in mid June. There are partial scholarships available as well as spaces. If you know a young person 16 through 25 who is interested in politics this would be the perfect opportunity for them. I am including the link to get to his page.

On Safari with the Well Trained Gal

One of my favorite things about the FPEA Homeschool convention is the idea of a new planner. It make me sooooooo happy. I am an organizing freak. Yup FREAK! I organize everything. However, I like my homeschool planner to be simple and pretty.
Year after year for the last 8 I have bought the
"Well Planned Gals"
https://wellplannedgal.com
planners. Our middle son used the middle and some of the high school planner also.
Here are a few pictures of their planners and the wonderful person who created them.

Here is me with mine. Name in it and ready to use in July! I have also included a link.
Being organized is the very best thing you can do for yourself.
I promise.

The FPEA Homeschool Convention was a Blast!!! This Safari was a Success!

The Homeschool Convention was a blast!!!! I have soon many things to share with all of you over the next few weeks. Products to share, people to highlight. I also spoke. It was a dream come true.
There were thousands of people roaming the halls of the Gaylord Palms. It is a beautiful hotel with 4 acres of inside greenery, a Fort, alligators and more. I stayed for 3 nights and 3 days and it was lovely!

Let me know if you were there. I'd love to say hello.

On Safari at the FPEA Convention

Wow what a great day we had yesterday. Met many new people, I was happy to see old friends, and meet some new ones. The speakers and  exhibit hall were amazing. This morning I am getting up slowly and having my coffee. I will get ready and go back down in about an hour.here are some of the pictures highlighting yesterday.

I also have the privilege of speaking at the evening Town hall with Rick Green. I will put that video on here also.
Have a great second day at FPEA!!!

On Safari to Robotics Class

This school year has been quite an adventure. Our daughter Alice is not like our other children. (Although what two are alike :)
She is as my one friend says an old soul. She is thoughtful, kind and super sensitive. She loves gaming, minecraft, roblox, and more. She knows how to code and how to build like a computer engineer.
She took a Robotics class all year at a local Tech school called "Full Sail".
Here is her end of the year project. She and a friend designed, built and programmed this robot. It is a college level assignment. I cant wait to see what she does next!

This is proof that our kids are capable of doing anything they work hard to do!

My middle son and daughter went with me to Animal Kingdom on Wed. It will probably be one of our last times this year because WHEW was it HOT!
We ate at our favorite restaurant and then rode our favorite rides.

Beautiful Tiger. He seemed lonely .
Birds nests.
An African musician playing a Kora.
 Hippo

 Sweet Donkey
This is the new area in Animal Kingdom.
The show starts Memorial Day weekend.
It will be the first time in Disney's history that you can see all the animal at nighttime.
MAGICAL!

On Safari in May

Happy Mother Day to all! It's no easy feat to be a momma!

May is a busy month for us. We have the end of Alice's Robotics class. That has been an amazing addition to our education. Our final piano recital with our beloved teacher Marco is in two weeks. He and his sweet wife are moving to Denver. We will miss them. He's been our guitar and piano teacher for 6 years.

Then, at the end of the month we have FPEA. Hope to see you there if you are gong! I am heading to the Leaders Forum for the first time. It should be an adventure. I will be promoting this blog.
I hope to make it part of our lives for many years to come.

Look for me if you attend. I'd love to meet you.

These three are why I do what I do. Andrew is the oldest he's 23, Caleb is 19, and our Alice is now 10.
Life is busy. We've been camping at Disney's campground for Alice's 10th birthday, to the Magic Kingdom, (3 time s that weekend lol), and now we are onward to the rest of the month.

My amazing husband Steve who without him none of this would be possible.

 The Fort Wilderness pool.

Alice's new trampoline.

I hope you had a beautiful Mother's Day!
Happy May.
We spent our at home.
It's the best place to Be on SAFARI!!!

On Safari to Find Kindness

Lately our world has been full of anything BUT kindness. It makes my heart ache and my smile turn upside down. The constant chastising of companies that don't do what we want, politicians that are seemingly off their rocker, world events that pit people against one another.
We should be standing together, working together, and loving one another no matter what.
Jesus said go into all the world and love!

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!

He didn't put any stipulations on this. He didn't say, if we behave, if we are a certain color, if we are a certain race, if we are male, female or anything else.

JUST LOVE!

I will continue to love on this Safari. Love those that are seemingly unlovable, shop at places that may not always be popular, visit places that others won't, invite in the people that are not like us. Who knows what we will learn. It will surprise you!

This Safari will continue and kindness will be our guide.

I invite you to join me!
